Technical support is provided for all registered users of Keelio Software.

Prior to emailing support please include the following information in your email:

  1. Your detailed support issue
  2. Your registered Keelio.com user name
  3. SQL Version number and platform (32bit or 64bit)
  4. Version of the Keelio Software components you are running
  5. Include any support files as attachments to your email (screenshots, error logs, etc)
